Fairlawn Baptist Church

    The Preschool Learning Center of Fairlawn Baptist Church purpose is not to produce early academics, but to provide a comprehensive curriculum in all development areas to help "grow" well-rounded children. We want to lay a foundation for knowledge of a loving God and to foster growth in all children to become successful, happy children. Our base curriculum, Wee Learn, is graded according to age of the child to encourage skill development in all areas of growth- social, physical, mental, emotional. creative and spiritual. We believe young children learn by doing and that they acquire knowledge by interacting with people and things in their environment. To accomplish this we use a variety of methods to enrich the learning environment such as units of study including cooking, learning centers, community visitors, and field trips. We believe Christian education is important and that children learn about God's love through relationships with their parents and other adults outside the family. A Christian environment of love and acceptance, short Bible stories, songs and prayer are vital parts of our program. We begin our school year at the beginning of September and go through May. Classes meet at the following times:
